Inspired and driven by personal experience, Elle writes about homelessness, recovery, activism, and spirituality and humanitarianism. Her writing is published in literary journals, a national news magazine, and in anthologies local to greater Cincinnati, Ohio.

Out of Chaos: A Memoir is her debut book, published August 2018 with Boyle & Dalton Publishers. She is currently working on her second book, a critical biography about her maternal great-grandmother.

Focused on life today, Elle often volunteers in her greater community in Northern Kentucky. This effort earned her an award, “Community Service Leader of the Year, 2017” by an area community and activist organization. Working in the materials retrieval department with The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County is her livelihood, while writing is her passion. Follow Elle’s journey in her blog.
